Privacy statement
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This statement explains what Infinitly Consulting does with personal data. It covers this website. Our individual products each carry their own statement, because what they process differs per product.
Who is responsible
InfinITLy IT & Law Consulting B.V., trading as Infinitly Consulting, is the controller for the processing described here. Our registration and contact details are on the contact page. For any question about your data, write to info@infinitly-consulting.com.
What this website collects
This site has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not place cookies at all, which is why you are not asked to consent to any.
The server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: IP address, the page requested, timestamp, referrer and browser identification. These logs exist to keep the site available and to detect abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and availability of our own systems (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
The page loads a web font from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch it, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
If you email us
When you email us we process your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — for as long as needed to handle the matter and to keep a record of the agreements made. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, or the performance of a contract when you are a customer.
Our products
Our products process personal data of their own. What they collect, why, and for how long is described in the privacy statement of each product, on that product's own site. Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, we act as processor and the customer is the controller; that relationship is set out in a data processing agreement.
Who else sees the data
We use Google Cloud Platform for hosting and data storage. Personal data processed for this website is stored in the European Union (region europe-west1). Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
Payments for our products are handled by Stripe. If you buy from us, Stripe processes your payment details; we never receive or store full card numbers ourselves.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, for correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, and for a copy in a portable format. Where processing rests on legitimate interest you may object to it, and where it rests on consent you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Send your request to info@infinitly-consulting.com. We respond within one month. If you believe we handle your data improperly you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
When our processing changes, this statement changes with it. The date at the top shows the current version.
